Abstract

This article is intended To 1) study the level of opinions on knowledge
management 2) to compare the opinions on knowledge management classified by
personal factors. 2) Compare the level of opinions about knowledge management
classified by personal factors. 3) Propose the main application wisdom To promote
knowledge management of local leaders in Pa Sang District. Lamphun Province. This
research is a combined method research. Use a quantitative research methodology.
by collecting data by means of handing out questionnaires and qualitative research
by interview method The statistics used in the data analysis were descriptive statistics
to analyze the general data of the samples and the data were analyzed by using
frequency. percentage. mean and standard deviation. The results showed that
1) Local leaders in Pa Sang District From the sample of 175 people. there was
a level of opinion about knowledge management. The creation and acquisition of
knowledge. management and storage of knowledge. knowledge distribution. and the
application of knowledge is at a high level in every aspect.
2) Classified by personal factors. it was found that the knowledge
management of surf leaders of different ages There are different types of knowledge
management. When considering each aspect. it was found that local leaders aged 20-
30 years and 31-40 years old had more knowledge management and storage and
application of knowledge to work than local leaders ove aged 51
3) Approaches to applying the principles of wisdom and maturity to enhance
knowledge management of local leaders in Pa Sang District. Lamphun Province
consisted of 1) being close to good people. 2) caring for continuous knowledge
development. 3) rational analysis. and 4) being able to apply knowledge in practice.
