Report on the results of internal supervision by using SBY's 6 Steps Model Suanboonyopatham Lamphun School

Abstract

This article is intended to report the results of internal supervision by using
SBY's 6 Steps Model at Suanboonyopatham Lamphun School. Studying on the results
of internal supervision by using SBY's 6 Steps Model that combines both quantitative
and qualitative methods. Total number of 3 aspects, namely the quality of learners,
the quality of teachers and the quality of educational institutions. The population
includes 251 teachers and educational personnel in Suanboonyopatham Lamphun
School and 3,141 students. The instruments used for data collection are the
performance record form. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency,
percentage, and arithmetic mean. The results of the study were found as follows;
1. Ordinary National Education Test (O-NET), school level overview compared
with the national test, results that in Academic Year 2020 the score of both in Grade 9
and Grade 12 is higher than the national level. Students also receive many awards
from academic skills and abilities competition at the national, regional and provincial
levels variously.
2 . Teachers have received many awards from academic skills and abilities
competition. They also won a professional skills developing scholarship. Additionally,
they have got contented results in proficiency test.
3 . Suanboonyopatham Lamphun School received various educational
institutions management awards.
