The Organization Participate Network Administrative In Community Development of Mae Lai Sub-District Municipality Muang District Phare Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research are 1. To study The administration through cooperative organization network in community development of Mae Lai municipality, Muang Phrae district, Phrae province and 2. To study the administration model through cooperative network in community development of Mae Lai municipality, Muang Phrae district, Phrae province. The mixed method was used in this research by interviewing and using questionnaires. The results found that:

Quantitative result 

The organization cooperation through cooperative organization network in community development of Mae Lai municipality, Muang Phrae district, Phrae province was at the high level ( = 4.14). When consider each aspect, the result found that in realizing the same aspect was at the high level ( =4.18). In realizing the same vision aspect was at the high level ( =4.18). In addition, the aspect of benefits and the same interest, cooperation, enhancing each other, interdependence and exchanging was at the high level ( =4.12), ( =4.14), ( =4.14), ( =4.16) and (=4.15) respectively.

Qualitative result

The model of administration through cooperative organization network in community development of Mae Lai municipality, Muang Phrae district, Phrae province has the collaboration between the networks and has the aim to develop the community. The collaboration between the networks needs to exchange ideas with each other and accept the helpful reasons in order to have better understanding of people in the society. It is useful to have social benefits. The collaboration is the decision power of the group of persons in organization network to work together, be able to understand work situation and, especially, have the feeling of being a part of organization or group. The result also found that Mae Lai municipality has administration network in order that all sectors are involved in the administration of the municipality to develop the society effectively.
