THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TEACHERS AND THE EDUCATION PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT EDUCATIONAL STUDY ACCORDING TO APRIYAHANIYADHAMMA OF LAMPHUN EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

1) to study the level of the effectiveness of the development project administration for
government teachers and educational personnel in Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area
Office 2 , 2 ) to compare the effectiveness of the development project administration for
government teachers and educational personnel in Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area
Office 2 classified by personal factors, and 3 ) to propose guidelines for enhancing the
effectiveness of the development project administration for government teachers and
educational personnel under Aparihaniyaddhamma (Conditions of Welfare) in Lamphun Primary
Educational Service Area Office 2.
1 . From the level of the effectiveness of the development project administration for
government teachers and educational personnel in Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area
Office 2, it was found that the overall level was at a high level ( =3 .5 3, S.D. = 0 .3 5 ). When
classified by each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the
development aspect, and the aspect with the least mean was the production aspect.
2. For the comparison of the effectiveness of the development project administration
for government teachers and educational personnel in Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area
Office 2 classified by personal factors, it was found that government teachers and educational
personnel had different sexes, different ages, different educational levels, and different
experiences. There were no different opinions on the effectiveness. Therefore, the research
hypothesis was rejected. Government teachers and educational personnel with different positions
had different opinions on its effectiveness. The research hypothesis was accepted.
3 . For the guidelines for enhancing the effectiveness of the development project
administration for government teachers and educational personnel under Aparihaniyaddhamma
(Conditions of Welfare) in Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, it was found that
Aparihaniyadhamma (Conditions of Welfare) should be applied to increase the effectiveness of
the administration as follows: (1) Concerning meetings regularly; meetings were held regularly for
personnel within the Educational Service Area Office, (2 ) the aspect of meeting coherence;
devoting one’s time to complete the tasks according to the project in a timely manner, (3) the
aspect of not legislate new things with personal preferences; follow rules, regulations, and law
strictly, (4 ) the aspect of respecting elders, listening to advice, accepting advice and
admonishment from all parties, (5) male personnel should avoid bully and harassment of female
personnel by respecting and having equality towards women, (6 ) in aspect of respect of
veneration of venerable places, sacred objects, various idols by paying homage to sanctuaries,
religious objects, and various role models, and (7) the aspect of protecting moral people to safely
live in the community; government teachers and educational personnel protect good moral
people to live in the community safely.
