THE EFFICIENCY OF COST ESTIMATES PREPARATION IN RENOVATIONS OF SCHOOL UNDER THE OFFICE LAMPHUN PRIMARYEDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract

This Article aimed to (1) study the efficiency level preparation of estimates for
the cost of renovations for the schools under the jurisdiction of Office of Primary
Education. Lamphun District 1 (2) To study the opinions of educational personnel
towards the efficiency level preparation of estimates for the cost of renovations for
the schools under the jurisdiction of Office of Primary Education. Lamphun District 1
classified by personal factors (3) Propose a way to increase efficiency in the preparation
of estimates for the cost of renovations of the affiliated schools under the jurisdiction
of Office of Primary Education.Lamphun District 1. In this research used Mixed Methods
Research using quantitative research methodology. The instrument for collecting data.
1) The sample questionnaire of 277 government teachers and educational personnel
of the schools under jurisdiction of Office of Primary Education. Lamphun District 1. By
using the formula for calculating the sample size of Taro Yamane and qualitative
research by collecting data by means of in-depth interviews with 10 key informants.
The research results were found as follows;
1) The efficiency level preparation of estimates for the cost of renovations for
the schools under the jurisdiction of Office of Primary Education. Lamphun District 1
Overall. it is at a high level.
2) The results of the comparison of the opinion level of educational personnel
towards the efficiency of making estimates for the cost of renovations of the schools
under jurisdiction of Office of Primary Education. Lamphun District 1. Classified by
personal factors. gender. age. educational background. position. and work or work
experience. it was found that there were no differences.
3) Propose a way to increase efficiency in the preparation of estimates for the
cost of renovations of the affiliated schools under the jurisdiction of Office of Primary
Education. Lamphun District 1. Found Key informants have applied the principle Basis
for success to increase efficiency by focusing on Chanta (Passion) for government
teachers and educational personnel must first be satisfied with their assigned work.
Without experience or knowledge. they will strive for additional knowledge to be able
to make accurate price estimates.
