The Development and Satisfaction with Truth Village Saving Fund System, Phasaeng Sub - district Ban Ta Khun District SuratThaniProvince.

Abstract

This research was the report on the development of Truth Village Saving Fund System, Phasaeng sub-district, Ban Ta Khun district, Surat Thani Province. The objective is to develop an information system to facilitate the work of Truth Village Saving Fund to help solve problems with information management faced by information officers on membership information and financial transactions. The original system used recordings on documents causing the risk of information being easily damaged and lost. Thus making it difficult to search for and collect information. The Truth Village Saving Fund System is a web application using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 applications with PHP to develop a system to manage the My SQL database. The users are divided into 3 groups: Admin, officers and members. The system will allow for quick and easy operation, making Truth Village Saving Fund System to be more efficient. The developed system performance has been tested by Black Box testing to determine the satisfaction of users consisted of 4 aspects: the accuracy in the performance of functions in the system, capabilities, ease of use meeting the user needs, application monitoring, and security. The test was conducted by using questionnaires on 5-level scales to evaluate the satisfaction on the performance of the system by 5 computer experts. It was found that the mean value was 4.64, standard deviation was 0.22. From 3 officers, it was found that the average value was 4.74, standard deviation was at 0.21. From 100 fund members, it was found that the average value was 4.72, standard deviation was at 0.41. This indicates that the satisfaction in the system performance by all user groups was in a very good level.

It can be concluded that the Truth Village Saving Fund System, Phasaeng Sub-district, Ban Ta Khun District, Surat Thani Province, performance of the developed system was very good. The system can also be used effectively to meet the user needs.
