Abstract
Professional learning communities The teacher is how to develop the
atmosphere for teachers to exchange knowledge with each other. As a result,
teachers are not isolated and are working to develop a network of learning of thestudents. Professional learning communities The process of change by learning from
the performance of a group of individuals come together to collaborate and support
each other. The objective is to improve the learning of students. Putting together the
learning goals of learners and monitor the performance reflected both personal and
as a result the overall learning process. criticisms teamwork The collaboration Our
focus and enhance the learning process as a whole.
