Abstract

Kruba Sriwichai There is true leadership traits: (1) Self-awareness, (2) Relational
transparency, (3 ) Balanced processing, and (4 ) Internalized moral perspective. Kruba
Sriwichai There is seven components of transformational leadership:
1. Knowing: Leaders with knowledge in various fields of science, art, know how
to manage organizations. Techniques, methods of work, skills in management,
governance and science of people. Leaders must know how to use people properly
for the right job or function.
2. Ideology: A leader who has all the mixed attributes of Beliefs, attitudes, and
concepts influence and direct a person's thinking
3. In time knowing: Leaders have the unique characteristic of being aware of
the changing conditions of the situation.
4. Discussion Courage: Leaders leading an organization to succeed must have a
quick thinking on the principle of precision.
5 . Strategy of Vision: Leaders who foresee on an out-of-the-box idea but on a
reliable database. Don't be monotonous with the same old concept. Look far and walk
to reach it on the concepts, techniques, and modern methods.
6 . Team Work: A forward-thinking leader must know how to build a team.
network Take care of the team to build morale and encouragement.
7 . Service Mind: Leaders must make the organization a living organization.
Everyone in the organization must work together to help each other. Not the only
commander Manage on friendliness, virtue, beautiful mind, generosity, good intentions,
sacrificing personal happiness for the common good.
