The Administration in accordance with Brabmaviharadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Song District, Phrae Province

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1. to study the Administration in accordance with Brabmaviharadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Song District, Phrae Province 2. To compare the Administration in accordance with Brabmaviharadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Song District, Phrae Province 3. To study problems, obstacle, and suggestion to the Administration in accordance with Brabmaviharadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Song District, Phrae Province and 4. To study the guidelines for development the Administration in accordance with Brabmaviharadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Song District, Phrae Province.

The study was mixed methods research. Population and sample were 333 Person. The samples were 182 Person by using the formula of Taro Yamane. The data were collected by using questionnaire and analyze by using computer program in Social Sciences research for finding frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation to describe general information. Testing the hypothesis by t-test and F-test with One Way ANOVA found that was difference then test by least significant difference. In the part of open-end showed the problems, obstacle, and suggestions, the researcher arranged the group according to the issues of open-end. Then, there was to analyze by frequency and data from interviews, the researcher will gather data on the essence of the interview, and then content analyzed.

The finding of this research were found as follows

   The Administration in accordance with Brahmaviharadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Song District, Phrae Province. The personnel’s opinion was at high level with the average at (x = ๓.๗๖, S.D. = ๐.๗๒๒). Considering each aspect according to the personnel’s opinions was at high levels.

   Comparison of personnel opinions about the Administration accordance to Brahmaviharadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Song District, Phrae Province, classified sex, age, educational level, salary, and work’s experience found that the personnel whose sex different would have the non different opinions of the Administration according to Brahmaviharadhamma, it un-accepted the hypothesis. In part of the personnel whose age, educational level, salary, and work’s experience were different, at the significant level of 0.01 so it accepted the hypothesis.

   Problem, obstacles and suggestions for the administration accordance to Brahmaviharadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Song District, Phrae Province found that the Administrators did not have confidence in concise decision making and did not listen to subordinates opinions. Administrators did not devote time to give advices to subordinates and helped them solve their problems. Administrators still lacked justice in giving rewards to subordinates. As for recommendation, Administrators promote personnel to apply Dhamma principles in working and also should equally give a fair deal to everybody.

   The result of interview the guideline of the Administration accordance to Brahmaviharadhamma of Sub-District Administrative Organization in Song District, Phrae Province found that the most key informant were to emphasize in the work enhancement to success by bringing the Brahmaviharadhamma to apply to self management, officer management, work management to be most efficiency and benefit and equally give a fair deal to every personnel.
