Learning Management using CIPPA Model on Learning Achievement of Student Teachers of Thaksin University

Abstract

This research aimed to compare student teachers’ learning achievement in
subject of Philosophy of education and curriculum development before and after
using CIPPA Model and study student teachers’ satisfaction on CIPPA Model. The
sample were 30 student teachers majoring in physics teaching of Faculty of
Education, Thaksin University in 1st semester of 2020 academic year. The instruments
were 5 lesson plans and 60 items of achievement test and 7 item of satisfaction
questionnaire. Mean, standard deviation and percentage, t-test were used in this
research. The results were found that learning achievement were significantly higher
than before at .05 level and student teachers’ satisfaction were at the highest level.
