Development of Teaching Quality According to Buddhist Teaching Methods

Abstract

The Buddha's teaching method has been proven to help learners achieve 
their learning goals according to their learning potential. From the study of Buddhist 
teaching methods, it was found that the Buddha used the learner as the center. 
There are three important components, respectively, as follows: 1 ) Teachers must 
understand students. Know your needs, aptitudes, and potentials using a needs survey. aptitude assessment form and a basic knowledge test to help teachers 
understand the potential of learners. 2) Selection of content to suit learners. Choose 
the content that makes sense. There is a sequence of teaching to make it easy for 
learners to understand, and 3) organize teaching methods. Techniques for conveying 
and selecting suitable media to attract learners. When the teacher integrates the 
three elements to plan and prepare teaching according to Buddhist principles. It will 
help teaching more effectively to achieve goals.
