Guidelines for Enhancing Participation Along the Kruba Srivichai Way

Abstract

The Kruba Way is a statement that demonstrates the practices practiced by 
such Kruba teachers and have been passed down to the present. In most cases, 
people in Lanna society know more about Kruba's way in terms of social 
development, especially Kruba Srivichai, who is a true devotional monk. This 
academic paper focuses on the contributions along the lines of Kruba Srivichai, which 
can be considered as one of the distinctive identities of Kruba Srivichai to be a leader 
in participatory social development Kruba Sriwichai does not monopolize the 
operation and results alone. But Kruba Srivichai is the person who creates 
participation to occur at the upstream level. It is a brainstorming meeting for all 
stakeholders. Before starting to develop anything, the midstream level is to lead the 
operation. The director as a coordinator and is a creator of working people until all 
works were accomplished without any problems and obstacles and downstream is 
that Kruba Sriwichai created the concept of mutual ownership for everyone. 
Everyone must help build Everyone has to help each other to heal because 
everyone is a common owner and Kruba Sriwichai Will pilgrimage to do this again in 
other areas. This therefore indicates the unique identity of Kruba Sriwichai. that 
appears to be immortal until present. If the community can apply such methods, it 
will lead to enhancing participation according to the way of Kruba Srivichai in 
sustainable community and social development under the motto “Joint thinking, 
joint action, joint investigation, joint benefit and take care of it.”
