Administrative Strategies Promoting Democracy to be a Student Council Model School of Wiangjedeewittaya School, Lamphun Province

Abstract

This research studies the administrative strategies promoting democracy to 
be a student council model school of Wiangjedeewittaya School, Lamphun Province. 
This research has three main objectives. First, it aims to assess the democratic 
promotion administration. Second, it intends to study the democratic promotion 
administration of the school, the excellent student council model. Third, it aims to 
draft and review the administrative strategies promoting democracy to be a student 
council model school of Wiangjedeewittaya School, with 4 research steps. The target 
group of the research was school administrators, teachers, student representatives, 
parents, and experts. The tool used was an agenda form, performance comparable 
document check and the structured interview form. The data was analyzed by 
summarizing results from target group meetings. Summarization of performance
complicated documents and the conclusion from the interview.        
The results of the research: 
1. Assessment

Wiangjedeewittaya School. The research found that the overall score was 62.5 points 
out of a full score of 100, the assessment criteria were not met.

2. The results of study the democratic promotion administration of the 
school, the excellent student council model. The research found that examination 
results, comparable documents performance according to assessment criteria student 
council model school 4 components 20 indicators as Wachira Pasang School and Srisamrong Chanupatham School. Complete all components and experts interview 
with questions covering the quality cycle process of Deming (PDCA). 
3. Draft and review of the administrative strategies promoting democracy to 
be a student council model school of Wiangjedeewittaya School. Through consensus, 
4 strategies.  
4. Performance and achievement have been found at the promotion of 
democratic schools. There has been continuous development for 2 years. It has won 
the democratic activities contest for national level. It has received the student 
council model school. This shows that it can be a student council model school for 
various schools.
