EFFICIENCY OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OF THE LANNA CIVILIZATION TOURISM GROUP AND THE NORTHERN ETHNIC GROUPS OF THE CULTURAL OFFICE MAE HONG SON PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1. To study the level of practice and 
operational efficiency of the Lanna Civilization Tourism Group Development Project. 
Northern Ethnic Groups of Mae Hong Son Provincial Cultural Office. 2. To compare 
public opinions on the operational efficiency of the Lanna Civilization Tourism Group 
Development Project. Northern Ethnic Groups of Mae Hong Son Provincial Cultural 
Office Classified by personal factors. 3. Propose guidelines for improving the 
operational efficiency of the Lanna Civilization Tourism Group Development Project. 
Northern Ethnic Groups of Mae Hong Son Provincial Cultural Office By applying the 
principle of Iddhibat. 4. It is a mixed method research. The number of samples used 
to collect data was 306 samples from the population aged 18 years and over who mean. standard deviation. and in-depth interviews with key informants. amounting to 
11 photographs/person. Descriptive content was analyzed based on personal speech.
participated in the activities. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage.

The findings of this research as follows: 

1. The level of opinions towards the operational efficiency of the tourism 
group development project. Lanna civilization Northern Ethnic Groups of Mae Hong 
Son Provincial Cultural Office Overall. it was at a high level. When classified by side. it 
was found that at a high level in every aspect.

2. The comparison of performance efficiency of the Northern Lanna 
Civilization Tourism Group Development Project of the Mae Hong Son Provincial 
Cultural Office. Classified by personal factors. it was found that respondents with 
gender. age. level of education The average monthly income is different. There are 
no different opinions. 

3. Guidelines for improving the operational efficiency of the Northern Ethnic 
Lanna Civilization Tourism Group Development Project of the Mae Hong Son 
Provincial Cultural Office According to the principle of power 4. the person in charge 
of the project must be a person who loves the job in which he or she is responsible 
and is attentive and enthusiastic in working. To make personnel love and satisfaction
