Abstract

To develop the personnel’s health, it includes all four dimensions, which are wisdom, physical health, and mind, in which Hangdong Hospital has developed wisdom continuously. The evidence is shown by receiving many trophies. In terms of physical health, Hangdong Hospital improves employees’ health and develops an environment to promote the health of employees and communities, as proved by the certification of a health-promoting hospital. In terms of mind, the hospital applies Brahmavihara in its work by serving patients with mercy, kindness, sympathetic joy, and equanimity. It will lead to the happiness of emergency room staff in their work. If emergency services at Hangdong Hospital are able to implement all the mentioned dimensions, the staff will be healthy, and if the staff are happy, Hangdong Hospital will reach and become a happy organization.
