This research was a study on the satisfaction with the use of bank management in schools, level Education Office elementary school, Punphin district. Its objective was to conduct a study on the satisfaction of the personnel management system, while the banking school level Education Office elementary school, Punphin district, SuratThani Province in 7 schools. The tools used were interviews on the satisfaction with the use of the school bank management. The users were divided into 2 groups: the teachers responsible for the school bank management system and homeroom teachers responsible for collecting the statistical data totaling 80 teachers. The statistics used in the analysis were percentage, means, and standard deviation.

From the interviews on teachers responsible for the school bank management system in 7 school level Education Office Elementary School, Punphin District, it was found that schools with a school banking projects had the management style of using book or paper to write down a list of students in each class. This may cause problems with the information being damaged, difficult to be found, and lost. Thus, the school wanted to bring technology to the school bank management system. The researcher has tried using the school bank management system. The school had the highest level of satisfaction with the system used.

From the results, it was found that the respondents that have evaluated were staff teachers, and homeroom teachers with the responsibility for the banking system in school level Education Office Elementary School, Punphin District were all 7 schools, it was also found that majority was from government school at 60 people (75 %), private at 20 people (25 %), staff teacher were 14 people (83 %), and homeroom teachers were 66 people (17 %), female were 69 (86 %). The majority was age between 31-40 years, mostly 11 males (13 %) with undergraduate education. The level of overall satisfaction with the use of bank management school level Education Office Elementary School, Punphin District was at the highest level with the average at 4.86, standard deviation was at 0.24. When each aspect was considered, it was found that monitoring and security application was with the most satisfaction with the average was at 4.90, standard deviation was at 0.20, followed by the performance and benefits of the system with the average was at 4.87, standard deviation was at 0.14, and design with the average was at 4.81, standard deviation was at 0.15.
