A Development of Small and Micro Community Enterprise Processing Food to Support ASEAN Economic Community : A Case Study of Local Administration Organizations, ChonDaen District, Phetchabun Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study levels of development of Small and Micro Community Enterprise processing food to support ASEAN Economic Community of Local Administration Organizations, ChonDaen District, Phetchabun Province, to study factors affecting the investigate and examine ways to strengthen the development. The subjects of this quantitative research were the 345 people, with 95% reliability by using Krejcie and Morgan. The data were collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F test.
The research showed that their levels of development were at a high level with the highest mean on management organization, production, marketing and finance, respectively. It was found that there was a significant difference on the opinions of people with different sex, marriage status, occupation, career, salary and facilities at the level of 0.05. As for the guidelines then should be malls modernization, of shop ease of services, field trips to other Small and Micro Community Enterprise, a study of accounting, educational institution training for management of organizations, production, marketing and finance.
