AN APPLICATION THREEFOLD TRAINING FOR HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT IN SECONDARY SCHOOL IN PHICHAI DISTRICT, UTTARADIT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this study were, 1) to study an application Threefold Training Principle for Human Resource Development in Secondary School in Phichai District, Uttaradit Province, 2) to compare opinion of teachers and students towards application Threefold Training Principle for Human Resource Development in Secondary School in Phichai District, Uttaradit Province, 3) to study the problem and obstacle about an application Threefold Training Principle for Human Resource Development in Secondary School in Phichai District, Uttaradit Province and 4) to study the guidelines in development an application Threefold Training Principle for
Human Resource Development in Secondary School in Phichai District, Uttaradit Province.
The results showed that
1. The level an applications Threefold Training Principle for Human Resource Development in Secondary School in Phichai District, Uttaradit Province was found that there were applied the Threefold Training Principle for Human Resource Development in Secondary School in Phichai District, Uttaradit Province overallwere at the high level by the teachers’ was at the high level (student was at the high level (=4.19) and the =3.97). When considering in each other was found that the precept aspect was at the highest by the teachers was at the high level (=4.30) and the students was at the high level (=4.06).
2.The result of comparisons the opinion of teachers and students an applications Threefold Training Principle for Human Resource Development in Secondary School in Phichai District, Uttaradit Province was found that opinion on development on precept aspect of teachers overall was at high level (=4.19) and the result of comparisons opinion of students on development on precept aspect
was at high level (=4.06).
3. The problem, obstacle and suggestion about application Threefold Training Principle for Human Resource Development in Secondary School in Phichai District, Uttaradit Province were found that, In part of percept aspect, they spent the time
with working, career, take care of family that were variable in keeping the percept. In part of meditation, it was pretext in practicing concentration, not well in environment, hyperactivity disorder. In part of wisdom aspect, the students didn’t focus studying, wisdom development, had no discipline and responsibility. The most of people used the bad emotion for solving the problems. The suggestion of percept aspect, they should be explained for making understand about percept, practice, benefit of each percept and changing attitude. The suggestion of meditation should be made a meditation or make peaceful activity before study and the morals and ethics’s training. The suggestion of wisdom should be known cause of problems and the way to solve, attended to review the lessons, thinking practice and use many Medias to get knowledge.
4. The guidelines application Threefold Training Principle for Human Resource Development in Secondary School in Phichai District, Uttaradit Province were found that in term of percept aspect, they should have self practice and training and developing in behavior or body and speech practicing that was useful for oneself and the others, kindheartedness to people and social. In the part of meditation aspect, they should have mind training. If anyone have right mind developing, they will mind development as the word “Mind over matter” that you could control your behavior or good for work and study. If we believe and love in our duty we would be get successfully. In past of wisdom, it’s very important because wisdom was knowledge, understanding and ability. The construction had got from studying, learning and experience when the problems and obstacle happened in work or study, we could solve it by consciousness and wisdom.
