THE MONKS ROLES IN THE DHAMMA PROPAGATION IN MUEANG DISTRICT LAMPHUN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) 1) to study the roles of monks in the
Dhama propagation in Mueang District Lamphun Province 2) to compare the roles of
monks in the Dhama propagation in Mueang District Lamphun Province 3) to study
the obstacle and suggestions about solving the problems to the roles of monks in
the Dhama propagation in Mueang District Lamphun Province and 4) To study the
development guidelines to the roles of monks in the Dhama propagation in Mueang
District Lamphun Province.
The findings of this research were found as follows:
1. The role of level of monks in the Dhama propagation in Mueang District
Lamphun Province found that the monks in Mueang District Lamphun Province were
the high level (X =3.50).
2. The comparison of the roles of monks in the Dhama propagation in
Mueang District Lamphun Province. The hypothesis testing by analysis of differences
according to classification according to personal factors founding the education
ordinary different refused hypothesis. But age, ages of monk, Dhama Education and
Pali Education that different statistical significant level of 0.01, so accept the
hypothesis.
3. The results of the study was problem, obstacle and recommendation of
the roles of monks in the Dhama propagation in Mueang District Lamphun Province
summary is the monks there are still problems to preach incomprehensible and hard
to understand. Some the monks are not aware of the techniques, how to preach a
clear format and make the audience listen and convince to follow. And the preaching of humor is not accepted by people. Which is the correct way priests
to prepare prior to the sermon as well. And should be preaching the Dhamma then
interpolation with comic humor as sometimes it can be a good way to.
4. The Interview results found the most key informant providers guide how
to spread that focuses on proactive rather than format. The most important
information on how the mission that focuses on aggressive forms. Creating clarity in
the content, Clarity in Dhamma and can be used in everyday life. Examples of
successful people in life with the principles to the illustration is an example to
understand better. And entertainment in the Dhamma is to listen to the Dhamma is
not boring with the story or fable told in the assembly and as well as preaching the
Dharma spread, or the occasional joke for create a more appealing to Dhamma.
