The Guideline of Creating Efficiency of 191 Emergency Center in Lamphun Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to; 1) to study the creating efficiency of 191 emergency center in Lamphun province, 2) to compare the creating efficiency of 191 emergency center in Lamphun province classified by personal factors, 3) to find out the relationship between Iddhipada and the creating efficiency of 191 emergency center in Lamphun province, and 4) to propose the promotion of the creating efficiency of 191 emergency center in Lamphun province according to Iddhipada. The research was used mixed method research. The populations and samples were selected from people who live in Pasang district, Lamphun province. The samples were 397 people from collecting data by using the formula of Taro Yamane with reliability equal to 95%.

The findings of this research as follows:

   The comment of respondents towards the creating efficiency of 191 emergency center in Lamphun province the overall was at the moderate level in all aspects and the personal factors found that the result was in the highest level. Followed by the administration that the problems of administration was the delay in entering the scene of accident. Thus, there should focus on the performance to the efficiency of the facility to the people by developing the technology modernization, having sufficient manpower to operate, having the training for creating efficiency of 191 emergency center, welfare to work of the staff at 191 emergency center and cooperation to the local police station that had suffered for improvements to the scene as quickly as possible and to reduce the devastating impact that occurs to the life and property of citizens.

   The comparison result of the creating efficiency of 191 emergency center in Lamphun province classified by personal factors, including gender, age, education, occupation and experience of 191 emergency center was found that when compared the creating efficiency of 191 emergency center in Lamphun province classified by gender and occupation were overall not different but age, education and experience of 191 emergency center were significant differences at 0.01 levels.

   The result of analysis the relationship between Iddhipada and the creating efficiency of 191 emergency center in Lamphun province was found that the Iddhipada application of positive relationship with the guideline of creating efficiency of 191 emergency center in Lamphun province was overall in the high level (R=.739**) and were significant differences at 0.01 levels.

   The promoting guideline of creating efficiency of 191 emergency center in Lamphun province according to Iddhipada was found that there should promote the staff of 191 emergency center that have love and intention to work, patience, can self-control to work very well and Intelligence analysis to find ways to resolve problem by recognizing the duty for the common interest.
