SANGKHA DEVELOPMENT: THE DEVELOPMENT OF STRENGTH COMMUNITY OF LAMPANG’S SANGKHA DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The research objectives are 1) to study the concepts and theories about strong community development in Thailand 2) to study the role of monks on the development of strong Buddhist communities 3) To study the guidelines for developing a strong community of development monks in Lampang Province This is resear mixed nethod research The research area is Lampang province. The target group of 6 development monks acquired by a specific selection method Research tools is In-depth interview data The was analysed by analysis By using synthetic analysis and descriptive.

The research found that 1) Strengthening community development create changes based on consciousness, contributing to economic development, rural development, industrial development, development of communities, educational development, until solving other problems in the community enabling the community to have self-reliance and a better quality of life 2) Community development according to the practice of the Sangha in all 6 areas, namely government administration, education, welfare education, public utilities and public welfare along with other Buddhist morals, both physical, mental, and social 3) Strong community development of the development monks in Lampang Province is outstanding in each side It is hope for the people in the nation To love and honor in the national institution, religion, monarchy. and strengthen to be prosperous by using the Buddhist mechanism.
