Promotion Of Teaching Management Competency In Accordance With Brahmavihara 4 Of Teachers Under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 5

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to study capacity promotion of studying 
management according to four principles virtuous existence of social teaching teacher 
in Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area office 5. 2) to compare 
capacity of studying management according to four principles virtuous existence of 
social teaching teacher in Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area office 
5. who have different genders and working experience. The sample involved in study 
is 116 social teaching teachers in Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area 
office 5. The data was analysed statically by using Frequency. Percentage. Average. 
Standard Deviation. Independent sample T- test.

Results of the Research 

1. Overall. capacity promotion of studying management according to four 
principles virtuous existence of social teaching teacher in Nakhon Ratchasima primary 
educational service area office 5 is at the high level. Once considering each aspect. 
the highest aspect is problem solving skill according to four principles virtuous 
existence followed with Living skill. thinking skill and technologically implemented 
skill according to four principles virtuous existence respectively.  

2. The result of comparison of capacity promotion of studying management 
according to four principles virtuous existence of social teaching teacher in Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area office 5 classified by gender is not different significantly.
