COMMUNTIY WELFARE FUND MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO SANGAHA VATTHU IN NAMDIP SUBDISTRICT, PASANG DISTRICT, LAMPHUN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the opinion level of fund
members regarding the management of the Community Welfare Fund in Nam Dip
Sub-district, Pa Sang District, Lamphun Province; 2) to compare the opinions of fund
members regarding the management of the Community Welfare Fund in Nam Dip
Sub-district, Pa Sang District, Lamphun Province Classified by Individual Factors 3) To
study the management approach of the Community Welfare Fund according to
Sangkhahawattham principles in Nam Dip Sub-district, Pa Sang District, Lamphun
Province quantitative research and qualitative research The statistics used in the

analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-value test and F-
value test. In the interview form, content analysis was performed by means of

descriptive references to personal speech.
Results 1) The research population of the respondents had a high level of
opinion about the management of the Community Welfare Fund in Nam Dip
Subdistrict, Pa Sang District, Lamphun Province at a high level (X̅= 3.84). In the
community context (X̅=4.35) about the benefits provided. and voluntary
membership and there was an expectation that there was community welfare
provision covering all genders and ages; 2) a hypothesis test to compare the opinions
of the fund members, it was found that the fund members with different status,
occupation, and membership period The opinions on the management of the Nam
Dip Subdistrict Community Welfare Fund were different with statistical significance at
the 0.05 level. Therefore, the research hypothesis was accepted. The gender, age,
educational background, and income had different opinion levels. no
different Therefore, the hypothesis was rejected and 3) most of the key informants
had suggestions on the application of the Sangahavath Dharma principle in fund
management. by emphasizing the principles of promote giving or assistance which is
the principle causing sacrifice to support each other and is a member of the fund for
the hope of saving more merit than saving money.
