The principle to create the organization of happiness

Abstract

The modern world has a change of an economics. a society and also politics. every body
has to adapt himself to be able adapting according to changing condition of the organizational
level as well as adapting for the survival in which many organizations have returned to realize
making the happiness of an organization such as making the working atmosphere. a suitable wage
and value of the human beings.
As it is believed that when every body had the happiness. the performance goes on
effectively.

The article has proposed the principle of making the organization of a happiness which is
seen that making a happiness has to perform three sides that are: 1. Policy has to the set it
clearly. 2. The management is the working principle such as setting the merit system which
stresses the team working and also supporting for devoting to the organization. And the principle
managing the person. such as supporting for the happiness of every body is the management
about a wage or the welfare. 3. The evaluation is an assessment of the person’s happiness of
working. And when an assessment is finished. It has to bringing the result for analyzing and setting
the frame of the policy ongoing. and also making of the working happiness has fine benefits that
are: 1. The image of an organization. 2. Finishing job. 3. Solidarity. 4. Merit and 5. To be ready for
working.
