Abstract

Human capital development is one of the most important steps for internal
management. because a good human capital affects the success of the 21st-century organization.
which is changing technology all the time. Therefore. developing human skills with various skills
to keep up with the changes is very necessary. So to apply the Vessanatchakkhontham. which a
principle creates courage in carrying out their duties in the development of human capital in the
organization to have ready skills for the various changes that occur . The principles of create
courage in one's development consist of 5 areas which are 1) Saddha or Faith is a person with reasonable beliefs. and dare to believe in the right things before doing various activities. 2) Sila or
The precepts. namely human capital. must dare to occupy oneself to be virtuous. honest. and
behave oneself to be able to work with others creatively. 3) Phahusacha means a person who is
passionate about learning things. and continuously developing oneself until they can apply that
knowledge to their work. 4. Wiriya Rumpa is an attempt to do something and then do it with
determination until achieving results. and 5. Panna or Wisdom is a person who is knowledgeable
and able to apply knowledge to work and solve problems correctly and truly as needed
