THE EXPECTATIONS OF PEOPLE TOWARDS THE GOOD CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ADMINISTRATORS AT THE MUNICIPAL AREA OF BANHONG SUB-DISTRICT, BANHONG DISTRICT, LUMPHUN PROVINCE

There are purposes of this research, to study the good characteristics of the administrator at the Municipal Area of Ban-Hong Sub-District, Ban Hong District, Lamphun Province from the expectation of people, to study and compare the personal factors of people towards the good characteristics of the administrator, to study the relation between the expectation of people towards the good characteristics of the administrator at the Municipal Area of Ban-Hong Sub-District and the way to apply the Buddhist principles to develop the characteristics of the administrator, and to study the way to apply the principles to develop the good characteristics, which is the Mixed Method research. The size of the sampling group totally 379 people. The data were collected by using the questionnaire and interview data from key informants totally 10 people.

The findings of the research found that the management, the leadership, the morality and ethics, and the personality were at the moderate level. The relation of the expectation of people towards the good characteristics of the administrator to the way to apply the Buddhist principles to develop the characteristics of the administrator at the Municipal Area of Ban-Hong Sub-District, Ban Hong District, Lamphun Province, found that there was a highly positive relation in the same direction with statistical significance at the level of 0.01.
