Abstract

The objectives of this article are: 1. To study the level of people's sector
participation in forest fire prevention and solution. in the area of Mae Tha District.
Lamphun Province. 2. Comparison of people's opinions towards participation in the
people's sector. To prevent and solve the problem of forest fire smog in the area of
Mae Tha District. Lamphun Province. classified by personal factors. 3. Propose
guidelines for enhancing the participation of the people's sector in preventing and
solving the problem of forest fire haze according to the principle of morality in Mae
Tha District.Lamphun Province. Use a quantitative research methodology. by collecting
data by means of handing out questionnaires and qualitative research by interview
method The statistics used in the data analysis were descriptive statistics. to analyze
the general data of the sample The data were analyzed using frequency. percentage
and standard deviation. 1. The population from the sample group of 394 people had
a level of opinion on participation. Participation in planning and decision making

benefits at a high level in all aspects. 2. When classified by personal factors.
populations with different ages were found. There are different opinions on
participation. When considering each aspect. it was found that the population under
the age of 21 participated in the prevention and solution of forest fire smog. In the
