The Application of Buddhadahamma Principles for Promoting Performance Efficiency of Personnel in Women and Family Development Learning Center in Honor of The 72nd Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, Lamphun Province

Abstract

The objectives of this article were 1) to study the performance level of
personnel of the Women and Family Development Learning Center in Honor of Her
Majesty the Queen's 72nd Birthday Anniversary, Lamphun Province 2) to study the
relationship between the principle of influence and the performance of personnel of
the Women and Family Development Learning Center in Honor of the 72nd Birthday
Anniversary of the Queen Mother, Lamphun Province 3) to propose guidelines for
applying Buddhist principles to enhance the performance of personnel of the
Women and Family Development Learning Center in Honor of Her Majesty the
Queen's 72nd Birthday Anniversary, Lamphun Province. Conduct research by mixed
research are Quantitatively and Qualitatively. The statistics used in the analysis are
the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation Pearson product-moment
correlation coefficient, and content analysis techniques.
The results showed that
1) The opinion level regarding the performance of personnel of the Women's and
Family Development Learning Center in Honor of Her Majesty the Queen's 72nd
Birthday Anniversary, Lamphun found that the overall average was at a high level.
2) The principle of ethical behavior was positively correlated with the performance of
personnel of the Women's and Family Development Learning Center in Honor of
72nd Birthday Anniversary, Lamphun Province with a statistically significant positive at
0.01 level, with a rather high level of correlation. therefore accept the hypothesis
3) The guideline for improving the efficiency of the personnel's performance found
that the prosperous aspect was that the personnel had to love their work and saw
the value in their own work; the persistence aspect was the intention and diligence in
the performance; the Chitta aspect was the indomitable against obstacles Have a
hard time trying to be successful and effective. and the technical aspect is to review
and correct errors in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
