Cultural Heritage Management of the Civil State Network In the Sukhothai Historical Park

Abstract

The main objectives of the research plan are: 1 ) to study cultural heritage
management of the civil state network in Sukhothai Historical Park; 2 ) to analyze
cultural heritage management processes of the civil state network; and 3) to develop
a model of participatory cultural heritage management of the civil state network. It is
an integrated research method. It consists of research papers, qualitative research and
participatory action research. The results showed that;
The cultural heritage management, there is cooperation with various network
partners such as the Sangha, government agencies, public sector and private
entrepreneurs. There is strengthen mutual understanding by adhering to the balance
of economy, society and environment, which is the heart of the development of
sustainable cultural heritage management. There is a brainstorming session to find the
strengths of the community that are connected with history, tradition, culture, local
wisdom presented in accordance with the provincial development plan connected to
the way of life of the community. The cultural heritage management process, all
sectors join in mobilizing personnel, budgets, tools and knowledge to create strategies
to promote cultural heritage management for the greatest benefit to all sectors. The
development of cultural heritage management mode, developed as a tourist
destination to meet the standards Impress both in terms of the value of tourism
activities, and learning activities to be friendly to the environment and community
society. There is a preparedness to deal with threats, a preventive measure in the event
of an emergency and have rehabilitation measures after the incident, establish
measures to prevent impacts on the image of cultural heritage sites.
