POLITICAL LEADERSHIP ACCORDING TO BUDDHIST TEACHING PRINCIPLES OF ADMINISTRATORS, THUNG HONG SUB-DISTRICE MUNICIPACITY MUEANG PHRAE, PHRAE PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article aimed 1) to study the level of Political leadership
according to Buddhadamma principles of administrators Thung Hong Sub-District
Municipality, Muang Phrae, Phrae Province, 2) to study the relationship between Bala
IV relating to Political leadership according to Buddhadamma Principles of
Administrators Thung Hong Sub-District Municipality, Mueang Phrae, Phrae Province and
3) to study the problems, obstacles and Suggetion of Political leadership according to
Buddhadamma Principles of administrators, Thung Hong Sub-District Municipality,
Muang Phrae, Phrae Province. this research is a mixed methods research, the
quantitative research used a survey research method by simple distribution. the
sample group included people living in Thung Hong Subdistrict. the sample size was
determined using the formula for calculating the sample size of Taro Yamane.
were 371 persons. the data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard
deviation. and Pearson's correlation coefficient. which got the reliability of the

whole questionnaire 0.98 and the confidence value of the whole questionnaire 0.95,
qualitative research section selected key informants, specific, 9 figures or people
analyze the interviews of key informants according to research objectives. by using
content analysis techniques for context. the results showed that:

1) The level of Political leadership according to Bala IV in the overall was at
a high level (x̅ = 4.03) and Political leadership according to Buddhadamma principles
of administrators, Thung Hong Sub-District Municipality, Muang Phrae, Phrae Province
in the overall was at a high level (x̅ = 4.07)

2) The Bala IV principle and Political leadership according to Buddhadamma
principles of administrators, Thung Hong Sub-District Municipality Muang Phrae, Phrae
Province there was a relatively at low level of positive correlation (R=217**)

3) Problems and obstacles found that leaders or executives and personnel
had uneven coordination and coordination in the preparation of action plans. cause
individual opinions to be inconsistent therefore causing the operation to be delayed
and the work was less stable. and Suggetion; leaders be should had a common action
plan on a regular basis in order to achieve the same practice, closely monitor the
operation and apply information technology to benefit stable objectives.
