DEVELOPMENT PROMOTION OF WELL-BEING ACCORDING TO BHAVANA PRINCIPLES OF SOCIAL WORKERS IN LAMPHUN PROVINCE.

Abstract

This Article aimed to study (1 ) To study the wellbeing conditions of social
workers in Lamphun Province( 2 ) To study the well-being development of social
workers in Lamphun Province. 3) What should be the approach to promoting the
development of wellbeing according to bhavana principles of social workers in Lamphun
province. the sample was Qualitative They was selected by In-depth interviews
the instrument for collecting data was Interview Research and Documentary Research
Analysis data by Descriptive statistics and Content Analysis. The research results were
found as follows;
1. There are 3 factors affecting the wellbeing of social workers. An important
factor is the work factor. Economic and physical, mental, social factors
2. Promoting the development of the wellbeing of social workers is to create
positive discipline. Positive energy creation by using the concept of balancing life
between work and personal life to reduce the impact of work well-being.
3 . Guidelines for promoting the development of wellbeing according to
bhavana principles of social workers in Lamphun Province Social workers value
physical health and sleep. Create co-friendly behavior There is a meta-volunteering
performance and a focus on transcription of operational experience to improve work
efficiency.
