The Administration according to Brahmaviharadhamma of Local Health Insurance in Sub-District Level, Rongkwang District,Phare Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study The Administration according to Brahmaviharadhamma of Local Health Insurance in Sub-District Level, Rongkwang District, Phare Province, 2) to compare the level of population opinion towards the administration according to Brahmaviharadhamma of Local Health Insurance in Sub-District Level, Rongkwang District, Phare Province classified by personal status, 3) to investigate problem, obstacle and suggestion in the administration in According to Brahmaviharadhamma of Local Health Insurance in Sub-District Level, Rongkwang District, Phare Province, and 4) to study the guideline to develop in the administration according to Brahmaviharadhamma of Local Health Insurance in Sub-District Level, Rongkwang District, Phare Province.

This study was a Mixed Methods Research. The population Rongkwang district is a group sample for this research. The populations were 397 people and proportional Multi-Stage Random Sampling. The sample size calculated by using the formula of Taro Yamane. Determine the sample size by the proportion of people in each district. The data were collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed by using a computer program in the Social Science research for finding the frequency, percentage, average (Mean) and standard deviation to describe generational information. Testing hypothesis used t test (t-test) and F (F-test) with one-way analysis of variance (One Way Anova). The result of test showed the different as least significant Difference: LSD. In part of the open-end showed problem, obstacle and suggestion. The researcher arranged the group, according to the issue of the open ended questionnaire. Then analyzed by frequency and data on the essence of the interview. The researcher shall gather data on the essence of the interview and then analyzed the content.

The results of the research were found as follows;

   The level of the administration in accord to Brahmaviharadhamma of Local Health Insurance in Sub-District Level, Rongkwang District, Phare Province. It was found that the overall were at high level (=3.75, S.D. = 0.545). When considering the each item found that loving-kindness is the highest level, subordinate is sympathetic joy, the third is equanimity and finally is compassion respectively.

   The result of comparison the level of The Administration accordance to Brahmaviharadhamma of Local Health Insurance in Sub-District Level, Rongkwang District, Phare Province is using the hypothesis test by differential analysis according individual factor that was; gender, age, education, income and marital status were not significantly different that the reason rejects the hypothesis.

   The problem and obstacle result of the population had not understood the principles of the district health fund. The community leaders have not focused on the health of the population. The district health board fund more responsible roles. The suggestions for information about the principles and activities to get the benefit, support project and activities for population had problems and disadvantages. Promoting implementation of health community leaders and change attitude to the importance of population health to provide resident with healthy life.

   The result of the interview the administration according to Brahmaviharadhamma of Local Health Insurance in Sub-District Level, Rongkwang District, Phare Province in health promotion and prophylactic especially disadvantaged group. The involvement all of the parties to relieving suffering to happiness and admire the work arising from the cooperation of the population. Also support activities that promote good health and good mental health. Consider the budget allocated for the operation of population services, including health promotion and prophylactic with neutral and fair.
