Administration of Charity Schools in Buddhist Temples Based on Sangahavatthu Dhammas IV Under the Office of Private Education Commission in The North

Abstract

The aims of this documentary research were : 1. to study the conditions of the
admimistration of charity schools in Buddhist temples based on Sangahavatthu

Dhammas IV (four bases of social solidarity, sangahavatthu-dhamma).
2. To compare the opinions of the administrators and teachers in the studied
schools towards the mentioned administration.
3. To study the ways to admimistrate the charity schools in Buddhist temples
based on the dhamma to administrators The Office of Private Education Commission
in The North. This mixed method research had its samples as 959 administrators and
teachers, selected by simple random sampling while the sample size was determined
by Krejcies & Morgan method. The samples of this research are 254 of the samples,
Using Purposive Sampling, the target groups were as follows: 20 educational
administrators and 234 teachers, totaling 254 person. data collection tools as a
questionnaire and structured interviews Data analysis by using statistical software
package was used for data analysis such as percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-
test, f-test (OneWay ANOVA), and descriptive analysis.
