The People Behavior Service Accordance With Sanghahavatthus Of Ngewngam Sub-District Municipality, Uttaradit Province

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the people behavior service accordance with Sanghahavatthu of Ngewngam Sub-district Municipality, Uttaradit Province. 2) to compare the people behavior service accordance with Sanghahavatthu of Ngewngam Sub-district Municipality, Uttaradit Province. 3) to study the problems and suggestions of people behavior service accordance with Sanghahavatthu of Ngewngam Sub-district Municipality, Uttaradit Province. 4) to study development process of people behavior service accordance with Sanghahavatthu of Ngewngam Sub-district Municipality, Uttaradit Province.

This research was conducted by the Mixed Method Research. The population were 9,052 people, by using proportional multi-stage random sampling, sample group hypothesis of Taro Yamane 383 people by using proportional multi-stage random sampling, and differentiates the dual average with Least Significant Difference: LSD. The quantitative research, corrective data by interview 10 key informants were the data was analyzed by descriptive interpretation.

The Findings of this research as follows:

   The opinion level of the people behavior service accordance with Sanghahavatthu of Ngewngam Sub-district Municipality, Uttaradit Province, found that people in Ngewngam Sub-district Municipality and opinion overall at medium level (x = 3.44, S.D. = 0.59). When considering each at a medium level on all sides. Whose averages were sorted from the highest to the lowest Piyavaca (x = 3.47, S.D. = 0.61) and Samanattata (x = 3.47, S.D. = 0.61), Dana (x = 3.46, S.D. = 0.66) and least one level (x = 3.36, S.D. = 0.66) Atthacariya.

   The comparison of opinion to the people behavior service accordance with Sanghahavatthus of Ngewngam Sub-district Municipality, Uttaradit Province, hypothesis test by analyzing differences by personal factors, including sex, age, background education, occupation and monthly income that gender and monthly income was no different. It rejects the hypothesis but age, education background, occupation was different accept the hypothesis.

   The study problems and suggestion to the people behavior service accordance with Sanghahavatthus of Ngewngam Sub-district Municipality, Uttaradit Province. Dana, they would like personnel to help emmidiatly and survey unhappynen of people. Piyavaca, would like to train about service, talking with people and activity to give people for brain storming. Atthacariya, should go to see people’s life, repair the broken road and pay attention to social interest that private interest. Samanattata, should train personnel to understand service for people and bring comment of people to improve for municipality’s service.

   The interviews important information on the people behavior service accordance with Sanghahavatthus, The Dana, Piyavaca, Autthacariya, and Samanattata. There was satisfaction in the service of people and can be used as a guide in the development of service of the personnel.
