Abstract

The role of the elderly in community development, to create the economy by their skills in various professions to promote job creation, income and quality of life of villagers in the community. The role of environmental conservationists in adopting the wisdom to prevent environmental problems, ethno medicine. The role of cultural heritage, to carefully selecting the information and reason, realize the value, benefit and practice appropriately. The role of capital human management, and the role for national security development. All of the aging roles will keep up with elderly society for future.
