THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SUB - DISTRICT TRAINING UNIT (S.T.U.) OF NONGPLASAWAI SUB -– DISTRICT, BANHONG DISTRICT, LAMPHUN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to determine the level of public
opinion towards to the Effectiveness of Sub-District Training Unit (S.T.U.) of
Nongplasawai Sub-District, Banhong District Lamphun Province. 2) to compare the
levels of people opinion on Effectiveness of Sub-District Training Unit (S.T.U.) of
Nongplasawai Sub-District, Banhong District Lamphun Province, by personal factors.
3) to study the problems and suggestion on promoting the spread of activities, both
8 aspects to Effectiveness of Sub-District Training Unit (S.T.U.) of Nongplasawai SubDistrict, Banhong District Lamphun Province. And 4) to study the work about
promoting propagation activities, both 8 of the Effectiveness of Sub-District Training
Unit (S.T.U.) of Nongplasawai Sub-District, Banhong District Lamphun Province.
The findings of this dissertation are as follows:
1. Level of opinions on the Effectiveness of Sub-District Training Unit (S.T.U.)
of Nongplasawai Sub-District, Banhong District Lamphun Province to founding the
people in Nongplasawai Sub-District have the level of opinions on effect of public
training that total average was at a high level (X = 3.42). And in each different
aspect, the fellowship is the highest level and the puzzle and the peace in the
sequence is minimal.
2. To comparison of opinions on the Effectiveness of Sub-District Training
Unit (S.T.U.) of Nongplasawai Sub-District, Banhong District Lamphun Province,
Classified according to personal factors to founding sex and occupation there are
different opinions significantly of 0.01 and 0.05, The personal factors in age.
Education, income per month, there were no differences. . The problems and suggestions about the Effectiveness of Sub-District
Training Unit (S.T.U.) of Nongplasawai Sub-District, Banhong District Lamphun Province
summarize the points is operations in various fields that still is no unity. The
operation has not been cooperation from the leader ship of Sangha abbots much.
Include the lack of coordination with local government organizations and agencies
involved in the proceeding together. Which should have the coordination work with
unity and attention to role. Including coordination with other organizations to
provide management in various aspects. Most effective increasingly.
4. The qualitative study found the key informant, mainly focusing on the
promotion of operations in various aspects of public training to the integration and
promotion seriously. In particular the peace and harmony that need to strengthen to
the social development.
