THE GUIDELINES FOR PROMOTING ADMINISTRATION OF MAKHUEAJAE SUB-DISTRICT PEOPLE TRAINING CENTER (SPTC). MUANG DISTRICT. LAMPHUN PROVINCE ACCORDING TO VIRTUES FOR FRATERNAL LIVING (SARANIYADHAMMA)

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the administration of the Sub 
district People's Training center. 2) to study the Buddha Dhamma related to the 
promotion of the administration of Makhua Jae Sub-district People's Training center. 
and 3) to analyze the approaches to promote the administration of the People's 
Training center of Makhuea jae according to Saraniya Dhamma. This is a qualitative 
research by studying and analyzing information from Tripitaka. books. documents. 
and related researches and in-depth interviews from 15 key informants/person. 
The results of the research revealed that. in terms of personnel. Makhua Jae 
ecclesiastical commune chief was the chairman together with Makhuea jae Subdistrict 
Municipality and affiliates of Palang Bor worn Network jointly carry out Buddhist 
activities. In terms of budget. it can be obtained from doing projects submitted to 
government agencies. and donations of funds from people's faith. Management 
emphasis on the propagation of activities according to cultural traditions. Equipment 
obtained from procurement from the subsidized budget and the faith of the people 
to donate. 
Buddhist principles related to the promotion of the administration of 
Makhuea jae Subdistrict People's Training center found that the Four Sangahawatthu. 
the Four Noble Truths. and the Saraniya Dhamma were applied in the administration. 

Analyze the way to promote the administration of Makhuea jae Subdistrict 
People's Training center. according to the Saraniya dhamma principles. it was found 
that 1) personnel assisted. promoted. supported the activities of the center (Metta 
Kaya Kam) 2) recommended useful things (Metta Waji Karma) 3) Establishing good will 
towards the center (Metta Mano Karma) 4. Allocating resources and preserving them 
thoroughly (Satarana Pokhi) 5) Respecting the order of the center (Sila samanyata) 6) 
Accept the resolution of the majority vote (Titthi Samanyata) for the activities of all 8 
aspects of the Subdistrict People's Training center to be effective in the 
administration and maximize the benefit to the community.
