LEADERSHIP OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATION OFFICERS IN THE SITUATION OF THE CORONAVIRUS 2019 (COVID-19) OUTBREAK IN HUAI YAB SUB-DISTRICT IN BAN THI DISTRICT IN LAMPHUN PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article aims to 1) To study the level of opinions about the 
leadership of the local government in the midst of the outbreak of the corona virus 
2019 in Huai Yap Sub-district, Ban Thi District, Lamphun Province. 2) To compare the 
opinions about the leadership of the local government. the Classified by personal 
factors and 3) to present guidelines for developing leadership of the local government 
by applying the principles of the Dhamma Use the integrated research methodology. 
quantitative research There were a sample of 378 people collecting data by 
questionnaires. and qualitative research Data were collected by interviewing 10 key 
informants or people.

The results showed that 

1. The level of opinions about the leadership of the local government in the 
situation of the outbreak of the corona virus 2019 in Huai Yap Sub-district, Ban Thi 
District, Lamphun Province was at a moderate level (x ̅ = 3.06, S.D. = 0.508). 
2. The results of comparing opinions about the leadership of the local 
administration in the situation of the outbreak of the corona virus 2019 in Huai Yap 
Sub-district, Ban Thi District, Lamphun Province in general classified by sex, age, 
education level, occupation and income No different Therefore, the research 
hypothesis was rejected. 
3. Guidelines for the development of leadership of the local government in 
the situation of the outbreak of the corona virus 2019 in Huai Yap Subdistrict, Ban Thi 
District, Lamphun Province, by applying the principles of the Buddha's teachings, it was
