Rights and Freedom and Thai Politics at Present

Abstract
This academic article described that tranquility and peace of the society was depended only upon the country's law as a tool forsocial organization. and the country's tradition. custom and culture were also regarded as a way to link and strengthen the society. When the society grew in progress and complexity. various mechanisms for social organization were simultaneously developed as well. In addition. rights and freedom became another social mechanism to specify whether that society was tranquil and peaceful or not.
