Multicultural Ethnic : Concepts, Beliefs, Languages and Social Management for Enhancement the happiness of SANOOK Provinces’ Cluster

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze ethnic multiculturalism: concepts, beliefs,
languages, and social management processes, in order to enhance their happiness.
The results of the research were as follows: 1. Beliefs, rituals, and rituals were conducted
by heart, inspiration and faith to raise their moral confidence. This conducting and moral
confident them mind bright and happiness. 2. Social management under such social capital was
organized through community in a worship something such as Phra That Phanom. 3. Policy, the 
preliminary study found that the happiness of the people in the community had special
