Organization Development in Vipassanadhura

Abstract

The establishment of the ASEAN Community had brought opportunities in many aspects to ASEAN member countries. They will push forward the links in the region and enhance competitiveness for coping with new challenges in the world. Therefore, Buddhist organizations should be aware of the opportunities and challenges of the launch of the ASEAN Community of Buddhism propagation by using insight meditation according to the Four Foundations of Mindfulness to organization development in various aspects that the author had analyzed the insight meditation situation according to the Four Foundations of Mindfulness by using SWOT analysis. It was found that the guidelines of organization development in Vipassanadhura for success, efficiency and effectiveness should use good management of planning, organizing, budget and having the propagation model clearly, accurately and fast.
