People’s Opinion toward to basic structure Service of Nakhonchedi Sub-District Organization Pasang District Lamphun Province

Abstract

The research aims to explore public opinion on the service of infrastructure of the Tambon Administrative Organization Nakhon Chedi, Pa Sang district, Lamphun province, by survey research. The sampling was determined by proportion. The people who lived in Moo 3, Ban Mae Ao, Nakhon Chedi sub-district, Pa Sang district, Lamphun province, number 222, were used to collect data by questionnaires created by the researcher. The closed-end and open-end questionnaires were analyzed by using the mean and percentage.

The results of this research found that the infrastructure of the Tambon Administrative Organization Nakhon Chedi was overall at a high level. The public service has been consistently good and systematic, with a high level of satisfaction with the services of roads, lighting and water supply equally. However, the quality of road design should be improved, including supervision of construction, increasing the budget, and increasing the speed of repairs. The water supply should improve the quality of clean water, support the construction of a replacement water supply system with quality production and standards for safety in consumption, and increase the speed of repairs. The public electric lights should be installed according to standards with adequate lighting, and the speed of repairs should be increased.
