The Administration Accordance to Good Governance Of Banthi Sub-district Municipality Banthi District Lamphun Province

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to examine and compare the opinion of people in administration according to good governance of Banthi sub-district municipality, graded from personal factors, and study the correlation of applications of good governance and virtues of the king into administration according to good governance of Banthi sub-district municipality, including to explore the administration guidelines according to good governance of Banthi sub-district municipality. The study was a mixed method research. The samples used in this study were 381 people.

The findings of this research are as follows:

   The opinion level of people towards administration according to good governance of Banthi sub-district municipality was overall at a moderate level in all aspects.

   The correlation of applications of good governance and virtues of the king was overall at a moderate level.

   
   


3. 
   

   Hypothesis test results found that personal factors, including gender, age, education level and income level, had no difference in opinion. The occupation factor had a difference in opinion.

   The correlation of applications of good governance and virtues of the king towards administration according to good governance of Banthi sub-district municipality was overall positive.

   
   


5. 
   

   The administration guidelines according to good governance of Banthi sub-district municipality should promote learning and instill the practice of working by using good governance in six aspects strictly, be a good example to followers, people in the area and community, and promote good governance in the management of the organization. Awareness should be created among all personnel to realize the importance of working and the worthwhile use of resources for the highest benefit by applying the principles and concepts of Sufficiency Economy in both the organization and community.
