THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE PUBBLIC TOWARDS THE DESIRABLE FEATURES OF THE MANAGEMENT SUB DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY BAN HONG, BAN HONG LAMPHUN PROVINCE

Abstract

This study aimed to compare to comment on the relationship of the main application Sappurisadhamma to leadership development and to study the application of the principle of Sappurisadhamma leadership of Executive Officers Rule Local District Banhong Lamphun. The research conducted research combined quantitative research on a sample of 395 people, and qualitative research through in-depth interviews of eight people. The researchers found that people have commented on the application of Sappurisadhamma at a high level and leadership development based on Sappurisadhamma at a high level. People who have a different opinion have no difference in gender, education and a career. Opinions vary. The application of the Sappurisadhamma leadership development are interrelated in a positive significant statistical results. A qualitative study found that leaders must be knowledgeable in the work on literacy, change, better use of resources, make the most benefit to the organization and to the public, and can be arranged to suit individual applications to make achieve the target set.
