REQUIREMENT FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF CHIANG MAI RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY STAFFS

Abstract
This research aims to (1) study staffs requirement in human resource management of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. (2) study factors affecting staffs requirement in human resource management of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. (3) study the relationship between the four prejudice and human resources management in Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. (4) present guidance on applying the four prejudice 4 to human resource management in Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. This study is a mixed method research that collect sample from 258 staffs age above 18 years old in Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The research instruments are questionnaire, SPSS (analyze frequency, percentages, mean, standard deviation), t-test, f-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient). The interview data is categorized by issue and content analysis.
The result of this research are as follows:
The sample from staffs age above 18 years old are mostly female, there are 148 person, representing 57.4 percent. 184 people have age between 31-45 years old, representing 71.3 percent. 138 people got Bachelor's degree, representing 53.5 percent. 78 people have working experience for 11-15 years, representing 30.2 percent. 214 people are in operation position, representing 82.9 percent. 141 people have the average income 15001-25000 baht per month, representing 54.7 percent.
The opinion level of the requirement for the Human Resource Management of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University staff found that the staff have the opinions about human resource management overall in a high level ( =3.67).
The opinions level on the application of the four prejudice in human resource management of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Chiang Mai found that the staffs have opinions of the four prejudice applied to human resource management at the low level ( =2.13).
The comparison of staffs opinion toward the human resource management in Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, classified by personal factors including sex, age, education, working period, the position in the performance and average income per month. It found that there is no difference. Therefore, reject the hypothesis. The application of the four prejudice in human resource management of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University found that there is no difference. Therefore, reject the hypothesis as well.
