Evaluation of Health Behavior Change Program in Hypertensive Patients in Umong sub-district. Mueang district. Lamphun province

Abstract

Study is the evaluation research by using CIPP Model, format. The objective of this study is to evaluate the result of health behavior change program and hypertension in hypertensive patients. Sample groups consist of 183 hypertensive patients. Quantitative data is collected by using questionnaire. analyzing data by using descriptive statistics. The results show that. in context. the program they join is suitable and willing to participate in high level. 96.9% and 97.1% respectively. For the input. the program they participate has suitable location in high level. 96%. For the process. propriety of the lecturer in keeping time when doing lecture is at the high level. 93.9%. satisfaction in joining the program generally at high level. 88.5%. For the product. hypertensive patients has opinion regarding health behavior in having correct dose of medicine. practice the most. 97.8%. and has recommendations to improve the process by creating junior village volunteers to be personal assistants who can give advice and support with self care and should have device that can measure saltiness in the food consumed so it can be properly adjusted
