IMPACTED FACTORS TOWARD VIRTUE AND ETHICS OF STUDENTS AT RAJAMAMANGALA UNIVERSSITY OF TECHNOLOGY ISAN

Abstract

This research project is to study the factors that affect the moral and ethical implications
of students. Comparison of factors affecting the cultivation of morality and ethics By gender Age
and year level And studying guidelines to promote factors that affect moral development And 
ethics of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Central campus Use quantitative research
methods (Quantitative Research) and using survey research methodology Using a sample of 380
people, then selected samples using a simple random sampling method, which will be randomly
drawn from students from 1-4 Year to obtain representatives of the study population. There is an
IOC value (Item-Objective The value of the Congruence Index is between 0.8 - 1.0 and finding the
confidence by finding the Cronbach's alpha coefficient at the reliability level of the questionnaire
equal to 0.82.
The results showed that factors affecting the cultivation of morality And the ethics of
students in the overall opinion is at a high level Of internal factors are The sufficiency economy,
external factors such as family factors Research results based on base Summarized as follows
1.Students with different gender have different opinions on factors that affect the cultivation of
morality and ethics. Which is not in accordance with the hypothesis 2. Different age students have
different opinions on the implantation of morality and ethics Which is in accordance with the
hypothesis and 3 . students with grade level Different classes There are opinions on factors that
