Abstract
In this article, the author intends to present the buddhist way. The way of
Kruba Chao Sriwichai and promoting the leadership of the lanna people found that
Kruba Srivichai's leadership has the principles of building community power. Kruba
Srivichai is people-centered. Dedicating itself to developing communities from areas
that lack prosperity to be developed or as the people want to develop. The
principles of community empowerment are therefore based on personal benefits. to
others and the common good, building community power of Kruba Sriwichai Creating
the power of correct thinking for the people. Fostering the power
of correct
thinking for the people. Creating correct ideas for the people. Creating the working
power of the people will be a system that creates movement and drives sustainable
development activities within the community.
