THE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OF COMMUNITY FOREST IN BAN DONG HUAY YEN, BAN HONG DISSTRICT, LAMPHUN PROVINCE

The Objectives of the thesis were to study the context of management of community forest in Ban Dong Huay Yen, to study the process of knowledge management based on Buddhist way of community forest, and to study the protection approach of community forest in Ban Dong Huay Yen, Ban Hong District, Lamphun Province. This research is In-depth Interview. Researcher chooses 15 interviewers. This research was context about management of community forest in Ban Dong Huay Yen that managed by community forest board. They are managed and coordinate with the official governors who work with community forest to support the knowledge and budgets. The management of community forest in Ban Dong Huay Yen that applied 5 principles were 1) Planning 2) Organization management 3) Mastery 4) Coordination 5) Control. These are managing to performance that utility of community forest to sustainable.

Processes of knowledge management based on Subpurisatham to manage knowledge that comprehends cause and effect of community forest management, aware of own ability and other people to help management of community forest, acknowledge the context of community to utility of community forest and realize to spend time reasonably to suitable. Guideline to protect community forest Ban Dong Huay Yen could be create conscience of everybody to know the value and importance of community forest, help to protect of community forest, using the resource in the right method and sufficient for the benefit, including force the rule to strictly for exemplary to people in society.
