Abstract
The Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2560 states the rights and political
freedoms of the Thai people to be able to be expressed in Chapter 3. from Articles 25 to 49. by
thematically. Rights and freedoms of individuals are protected as long as they do not violate the
rights and freedoms of others. undermining state security. Public safety and the destruction of
good moral systems in society The government cannot discriminate against any individual. not
everyone has equal rights and freedoms. Able to assemble together without weapons. which must
not affect and cause any trouble In view of issues of rights and freedoms. people can act almost
entirely. mainly with political parties and political rights that are not enforced by the legal
process. but to some extent. as other laws. Set not to show like an expression of overthrow of the
regime Currently. legal rights and freedoms are expressed within And become more creative through managing social activities by chasing after Uncle And cheering for the uncle. considered
the unarmed rights and freedom of the Thai people
